• Own delivery for one account • Run end to end project management across paid media, creative, email, and launch initiatives • Translate strategic plans into clear scopes, timelines, and task plans in ClickUp • Build and maintain project plans, dependencies, and milestones • Spot risks early and adjust timelines or resourcing • Act as the central point of coordination between media buyers, designers, and operations • Run internal huddles, weekly status check ins, and delivery reviews • Communicate with clarity • Support the Client Success Manager by keeping execution tight and predictable • Document decisions, action items, and next steps in ClickUp
• 4+ years in project management or agency operations • Advanced proficiency with ClickUp • Hands on experience managing projects across paid media, creative, and marketing teams • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing workflows • Track record delivering complex work on time and on scope • Comfortable working asynchronously and documenting clearly • Four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time
