• Manage and lead internal and external international sales teams, guiding them in the market to optimize performance and achieve established objectives. • Develop and implement the sales strategy for irrigation equipment, aligned with the company’s overall goals. • Define annual sales targets and objectives by region and team, monitoring progress. • Analyze the market and competitors to adapt strategies and keep the business competitive. • Evaluate sales costs and the financial risks associated with marketing the equipment. • Analyze sales data and performance indicators to identify growth opportunities, anticipate issues, and propose solutions. • Control and manage resources available to the sales team, optimizing their use. • Maintain strategic contact with existing and potential customers to strengthen relationships and boost revenue. • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Commercial Management, or related fields. A degree in Engineering is considered a plus. • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management or related areas is desirable. • Solid experience in sales within the agricultural, heavy, or industrial equipment segments. • Deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape in the equipment sector. • Knowledge of sales processes from prospecting through delivery. • Ability to analyze sales indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and reduce costs. • Familiarity with CRM software for tracking and analyzing sales data. • Knowledge of the financial aspects of sales, such as cost and risk assessment. • Availability for international travel to attend trade shows, presentations, and visits to distributors and customers. • Reside in Mexico or Argentina. • For foreign candidates, intermediate proficiency in Portuguese will be considered an advantage.
