• Develop sales plans together with dealers, distributors and customers, issuing and controlling sales orders and scheduled orders, and informing product availability and/or delivery lead times. • Visit dealers, advising them on overall dealership presentation — parts, workshops and showroom — so they meet specific standards, and place and distribute advertising and promotional materials at points of sale. • Assess the market in the assigned region for product penetration prospects, analyzing regional competitors and their approaches. • Monitor and track the customer's ABC purchasing curve and the achievement of pre-established goals; evaluate dealer results by comparing planned objectives with actual outcomes. • Clarify questions that dealers and/or customers may have regarding purchased products or products under consideration, requesting assistance from the relevant departments to explain these issues. • Receive customers during factory visits to promote and position products in the market. • Visit customers regularly within the region to support dealers, maintain and promote the brand, using sales and parts statistics for each regional dealer to stimulate sales growth. • Control shipments of all types of materials to the network, with or without commercial value, as well as the documentation generated by these shipments. • Assist in the price quotation process and monitor invoicing. • Communicate monthly the Commercial Policy of the Parts Department and sales circulars. • Promote the launch of new products and their dissemination to the market. • Prospect new customers, analyzing their potential in the local market and the impact on the region and the network in case of new appointments. • Analyze network performance, verifying commitment to the brand, loyalty and compliance with objectives established by the factory. • Manage commercial conflicts within the Distributor Network. • Participate in local trade shows, providing assistance to customers.
• Bachelor's degree (completed). • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI. • Knowledge and experience in the sale/marketing of diesel engines.
