• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track organizational performance. • Transform complex data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders. • Present insights and recommendations through visuals, presentations, and reports. • Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate on data-driven solutions. • Partner with teams to understand data needs and deliver useful insights. • Coach and guide stakeholders in using data effectively for decision-making. • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategy. • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security in line with company standards. • Work with IT and data teams to maintain reliable data systems and infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, storytelling, and proactive business improvement roles • Proven track record of identifying opportunities through data and implementing actionable recommendations • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Advanced knowledge of SQL and data querying • Familiarity with Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages is a plus • Expertise in data storytelling, including presenting complex data in a meaningful, visual, and impactful way • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders at all levels • Ability to coach and mentor teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment • A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM) • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
