📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to help organizations make data-driven decisions • Leverage expertise in statistics, computer science and business acumen to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets • Solve challenging problems and drive data innovation • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to improve business outcomes • Identify and mine reliable internal and external data sources • Design custom tools to optimize data mining, cleaning, validation and analysis tasks • Develop and apply custom data models and algorithms to data sets • Develop tools and testing models to ensure data accuracy • Create and present reports that detail findings, recommendations and solutions • Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling • Design, train, and deploy machine learning algorithms and predictive models • Perform data mining and pattern recognition for tasks like fraud detection or customer behavior prediction • Design and conduct experiments and hypothesis testing (e.g., A/B testing) • Present complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders using visualizations and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Math or related field • 5+ years’ experience working in healthcare • Demonstrated expertise in statistics, computer science and business acumen to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets • Expertise in designing multi-cloud or hybrid data ecosystems • 5+ years’ experience using Java, JavaScript, Python, R or SQL • Experience with business intelligence and data analytics tools such as PowerBI • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and when they should be used • Familiarity with statistical and data mining techniques and when it is appropriate to use them • Strong problem-solving skills • Preferred: Master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, or related field • Preferred: Experience with AI-driven data architecture and advanced analytics solutions • Preferred: Proficiency in cloud-native database management and DevOps practices
