📋 Description

• Own the MyFitnessPal Federal business unit end to end • Establish the governance and internal controls of a federal-facing business unit • Own the entity's P&L, operating budget, and KPIs • Own delivery of capabilities against scope, schedule, quality, and service-level commitments • Translate government requirements into a credible product and delivery roadmap • Serve as the primary senior point of contact and corporate liaison to our prime and government stakeholders • Manage security and compliance requirements • Govern handling of sensitive data

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience • Hands-on command of federal security and compliance frameworks • Experience operating as, or working with, a DoD prime or subcontractor • Proven track record of standing up or scaling a team or function • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management • U.S. person, able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance • Hold an active DoD 8140-compliant certification • Experience handling CUI and PII in regulated environments • Background in digital health, human performance, wearables, or nutrition/wellness technology is a plus • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, or CMMC-related credentials) are a plus
