📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and growth of mDoc’s health tech platform. • This individual will be responsible for defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our solutions align with business goals and user needs. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare or health tech space, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of successfully managing complex product lifecycles.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7+ years of product management experience, preferably in health tech or a related field. • Proven track record of launching and managing successful products with measurable impact. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI, and marketing. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Mixpanel. • Knowledge of healthcare standards, data privacy, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR).
