• 10+ years of overall experience • 5+ years of experience in Process Automation (RPA) • Good knowledge of Banking Business Processes • Experience with automating Business Processes • Experience as Business Process Consultant is a huge plus • Ability to manage multiple technology infrastructure functions • Experience leading business requirements process with both technical and business partners • Experience with Agile project methodologies • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines
