• Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, civil works) • Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing (labor, materials, equipment) • Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements • Track project costs and monitor budget vs. actual performance • Support cost forecasting and reporting • Develop Excel-based tools and templates for estimating and reporting • Improve and standardize cost control processes • Coordinate with estimating, project management, and finance teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field • Minimum 5 years experience (10+ preferred) in estimating or project controls • Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, civil) • Strong understanding of construction methods, labor, equipment, and materials • Strong Excel skills (required) • Analytical and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Must be able to work in U.S. EST business hours. • Reliable internet connection
