• Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients (game developers, publishers, and non-endemic brands) through outbound sales efforts • Manage and negotiate assigned inbound sales leads, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to close • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts that clearly communicate the value of partnering with Cross Realm • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, accurately tracking leads, prospects, and deals in our CRM (HubSpot) • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients and agency partners, serving as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries and negotiations • Partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term client success

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the gaming, creator, or agency space • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strategic thinker and problem-solver with a self-starter mentality • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot is a plus) • Preferred to have an established network of contacts across both endemic (gaming/creator-focused) and non-endemic brands
