📋 Description

• Fully verifying each case at the ‘Pack In’ stage to meet lender requirements for the recommended product. • Producing a comprehensive list of case requirements for the client’s adviser to communicate to the client. • Ensuring each case requirement is clearly understood by the client’s adviser. • Managing all client correspondence from the ‘Pack In’ stage and processing any received documentation. • Maintaining and organizing your client case list and daily workflow meticulously. • Delivering a consistent conversion rate from ‘Pack In’ to ‘Funded’. • Working closely with Bridging Advisers to keep them informed of each case’s status. • Ensuring submitted cases meet all potential Lender Requirements and are processed within the appropriate Lender service level agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in the Bridging and Commercial mortgage industry, preferably in case management (packaging/processing) or administration. • Ability to manage multiple customers proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Dedication to providing each customer with the care, attention, and support they need through the often stressful process.
