📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Japanese automotive market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote Nagarro’s automotive expertise. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy. • Lead workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions with client teams. • Provide consulting services to automotive clients. • RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years experience in Sales / Marketing / Consulting with strong automotive background • Strong understanding of Japanese automotive market and business culture • Excellent communication skills in Japanese & English. • Post Graduate degree • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
