📋 Description

• You develop practical concepts across the entire data value chain, from the data foundation and analytics to the deployment of generative AI. • Assess the maturity of organizations in data management and Data & AI literacy, and locate opportunities and challenges along the data value chain. • Advise companies on evolving into data-driven organizations, including identifying potentials, analyzing and deriving technical and organizational requirements, and demonstrating business value. • Communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders from business and IT at various customer hierarchy levels to understand requirements and convey solutions effectively. • Design, develop, and implement data solutions in collaboration with Nagarro specialists using modern cloud services, particularly hyperscaler technologies and integrated data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake. • Support transformation projects from strategy development through implementation to rollout and adoption of new Data & AI use cases. • Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations for decision-makers in sales and project contexts.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field. • 5–10 years of professional experience in comparable positions. • Experience with modern data architectures and leading cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as tools like Databricks and Snowflake. • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering and machine learning. • Understanding of data governance and AI regulation, including implementing necessary structures and processes. • Strong consulting and communication skills and enthusiasm for client interaction, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and address different audiences. • Analytical thinking and a structured working style, combined with a strong customer orientation. • Flexibility and willingness to travel to support sales activities and customer projects on site. • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
