• Draft company regulations, including articles of association, board meeting rules, continental policies, etc. • Draft contracts related to company-level matters. • Review business rules, contracts, and external documents draft by business departments. • Develop compliance regulations for the company according to regulatory requirements. • Review business rules, contracts, etc., from a compliance perspective.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English, including fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. • Graduation in law or a related field. • Familiarity with legal terminology in English. • Work Location: Malaysia or remote work. • Prior internship experience in the financial industry is preferred. • Proficiency in Chinese and/or other third languages is a plus. • Willingness to travel is required.
