• Provide technical and strategic leadership for the ServiceNow platform's development, maintenance, and growth • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable technical designs and solutions within ServiceNow • Mentor and coach developers, leading code/design reviews to enforce high quality • Drive the technical aspects of the Agile process • Own daily technical governance, proactively managing the platform’s health, security compliance, and performance optimization • Design, build, and maintain complex, resilient integrations using modern standards like REST, SOAP, JSON, and scripting languages • Actively participate in key cross-functional Agile ceremonies
• Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow configuration (Business Rules, Flow Designer) • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Scoped Applications, and API consumption/design (REST/SOAP) • Extensive experience operating within modern Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies • Typically requires 6+ years of progressive experience in ServiceNow development • Proven track record of leading feature development and technical leadership • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
