📋 Description

• You handle preparatory bookkeeping and review incoming and outgoing invoices • You plan and coordinate payments, taking payment terms, liquidity and cash flow into account • You prepare data from systems such as AccountOne, Shopify and Amazon accurately and completely for the tax advisor • You prepare VAT and OSS filings for multiple countries and ensure the correctness of the underlying data • You coordinate with our tax advisor and keep track of tax-related changes • You verify data for completeness and plausibility to ensure accurate filings • You monitor payment flows from Shopify, Amazon and our payment service providers • You ensure that interfaces and data imports run smoothly • You work closely with Operations, IT and our tax advisor to optimize and automate processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting or tax within the e-commerce / D2C environment • Confident use of accounting and finance tools (e.g., Lexoffice, DATEV, AccountOne or comparable systems) • Solid knowledge of tax topics such as VAT and OSS filings • You work in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way — with an eye for detail and understanding of broader connections • You are fluent in German and English
