• Management and coordination of domestic and international transports (freight forwarders, customs, etc.). • Oversight of fulfillment centers, returns management, and risk management. • Negotiation of logistics contracts and shipping terms. • Identification of cost-saving opportunities through process improvements, automation, and standardization. • Process & project management: Development and efficiency improvement of SCM processes by analyzing existing workflows and implementing appropriate improvements. • Responsibility for internal projects, particularly regarding process optimization and implementation of new systems and tools. • Close collaboration with Procurement, Product Management, E‑Commerce, Customer Success, and Finance teams. • Performance monitoring and reporting: Tracking and analyzing relevant KPIs, including reporting. • Analysis and optimization of logistics costs (e.g., cost per order, per location, return rates). • Regular coordination with departments to resolve issues and ensure consistently high product availability.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics. • You have solid expertise in process automation, financial controlling, and KPI reporting. • Additionally, you have basic knowledge of procurement or product management to make cross-functional work more efficient. • You demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational talent, and confident negotiation skills. • You bring experience from a startup or scale-up environment and have worked in e‑commerce/retail. • You speak and write German and English fluently and operate confidently in an international working environment.
