📋 Description

• Implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures. • Map and manage regulatory and operational risks and controls. • Monitor and interpret standards, laws and regulations applicable to the financial and technology sectors. • Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to legal requirements. • Deliver training and awareness activities on compliance, ethics and the prevention of illicit activities. • Collaborate with business areas, Legal and Internal Controls to prevent risks. • Ensure compliance in anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) processes and data protection (LGPD).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Compliance, especially within financial institutions. • Regulatory knowledge of Central Bank rules applicable to Payment Institutions. • Hands-on experience implementing compliance programs. • Ability to map, assess and monitor risks specific to a payment institution (PI). • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business guidance. • Ethical conduct and the ability to handle conflicts of interest.
