• It's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they are doing! • As a sales rep in the Sales Dept, responsible for maximizing market share in the region assigned. • Expand market share by introducing Neogen solutions to mainly food processors in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Analyze sales and market share of assigned region and customers, develop sales and activity plans based on analysis results and manage progress to achieve sales targets. • Increase engagement with existing customers, maintain sales, and conduct up-sell and cross-sell activities utilizing a broad product lineup. • Build relationships with local distributors and obtain agreements and track the progress to expand market share in your area. • Actively participate in Neogen events for customers, distributors, and internal events. • Come Be Part Of A Mission that Matters! • Neogen protects the world’s food supply providing a variety of animal healthcare products and food safety solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 営業部のセールス担当として、社内のステークホルダー(技術サービス、キーアカウントセールス、事業開発、マーケティング、サービス&エクセレンス等)や販売代理店と連携し、主に食品関連事業者の品質管理部・品質保証部・工場長に対し、食品微生物検査、理化学検査、栄養成分分析等食品検査備品の販売・提案活動を行い、担当地域の市場シェアを拡大する業務を担う。(担当エリアについては応相談。)
