🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in software architecture. • Ability to design distributed, resilient, and scalable systems; experience with TDD, DDD, design patterns, etc. • Expertise in root-cause analysis for complex issues spanning multiple services and domains. • Cloud expertise (AWS): deep knowledge of serverless services, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, Kafka, etc. • Databases (SQL and NoSQL): selection and optimization for high data volumes and low latency. • Technical trade-offs: ability to evaluate technologies to balance performance, cost, and maintainability. A professional who stays up to date and tuned into emerging technologies. • Business vision: understand how technology can drive engagement and communication. • Engineering culture: influence best practices, library creation, code reviews, documentation, etc.
