•2+ years of experience in an SDR or sales-related role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship capacity •Proven track record of exceeding outreach or lead generation targets •Strong coaching mindset with the ability to inspire and guide team members •Clear and confident communication skills—both written and verbal •Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to lead by example •Comfortable using CRMs, QA tools, and outreach platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
