📋 Description

• Handle all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner • Processing all orders received by phone, fax, or email • Ensure Call Quality consistency with every customer contact • Handle all inquiries requiring investigation and problem solving • Communicate all pertinent client information to colleagues • Participate in all product training sessions • Increase education and awareness of products • Ensure cross-selling and upselling at every opportunity • Conduct outbound calls as required • Interact and communicate with all other departments
