• Ensure the correct issuance and recording of tax invoices, including verification of data and application of current tax rules for each state. • Prepare and monitor monthly tax reports related to tax closing. • Perform monthly tax reconciliations, identifying and assessing discrepancies to improve reporting. • Collaborate with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and clarifying questions about tax processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Tax Law, or a related field — required • Intermediate English and Spanish will be considered an advantage • Experience in indirect tax calculation, tax routines, account reconciliation, and ancillary tax obligations • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP
