📋 Description

• Build and manage optimized freight load plans • Partner with external providers, internal stakeholders, and Transportation Hub (T-Hub) teams to build and optimize load plans • Manage reschedules and escalate scheduling issues to maintain continuity • Execute daily operations in line with T-Hub timing and cutoff requirements • Apply T-Hub and E2E strategies to balance cost, service, and risk mitigation • Provide timely reporting to drive visibility, accountability, and issue escalation • Coordinate across internal and external partners to support cost efficiency, service reliability, and uninterrupted logistics flow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 1+ years transportation experience, including domestic modes/equipment, LTL, and FTL • Experience coordinating across internal and external stakeholders • Knowledge of transit times, lane planning, and load building to meet delivery targets • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong problem-solving ability; able to prioritize under pressure and meet deadlines • Organized and detail-oriented • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams • Adaptability in changing environments • Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and quality • Curious and creative approach to solving challenges • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
