📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive oversight for the entire portfolio of product, engineering, and customer-facing programs. • Design, implement, and run the operational cadences (e.g., quarterly planning, weekly reviews) that drive our cross-functional teams. • Identify and track key deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies across all major programs to ensure alignment and proactive issue resolution. • Champion and implement standards for ways of working (e.g., project methodologies, reporting standards) that foster visibility, predictability, and collaboration. • Lead the resource management and capacity planning function to ensure we have the right people on the right projects at the right time. • Develop and manage a robust executive reporting system to provide a clear, consolidated view of program status and portfolio health. • Oversee the development of demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept as required to support program goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or in a PMO leadership role. • A proven track record of establishing and running a PMO in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS company. • Expert-level knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies and the ability to apply them appropriately. • Strong experience with resource management, capacity planning, and financial forecasting. • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align teams from the individual contributor to the executive level. • Mastery of PMO tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com). • A strategic and data-driven mindset, with a passion for creating processes that are both effective and efficient. • Preferred but not a must Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry. • Bilingualism in French and English.
