• Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of large B2B SaaS implementations, driving high-value customer outcomes. • Lead, mentor, and grow the Business Consulting team, mentoring staff and fostering a culture of delivery excellence. • Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues, working with customers and internal teams to find effective resolutions. • Develop and implement a scalable business analysis and delivery methodology, including standardized processes, templates, and best practices. • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure the team can effectively support the pipeline of incoming projects. • Collaborate with internal departments and teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure seamless customer handoffs and alignment between customer needs and product strategy. • Act as a senior advisor on complex implementation projects and build strong relationships with executive stakeholders at key customer accounts.
• 8–10+ years of experience in large-scale (B2B) SaaS implementation or enterprise delivery/consulting, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. • Proven success managing a portfolio of multiple, concurrent software implementation projects in complex enterprise environments. • Demonstrated ability to drive high-value customer outcomes and measure significant return on investment. • A strategic mindset with experience in developing and scaling operational processes for a professional services team. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and developing talent. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including proven ability to engage effectively with C-level executives. • Preferred but not a must Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry. • Bilingualism in French and English.
