• Lead a team of engineers building big data pipelines and services • Power machine learning models, experimentation, analytics, and dashboards • Work closely with product engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders • Help improve customer experience and inform future product strategy • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members • Develop relationships with data science and business partners • Attract diverse talent and foster an inclusive environment • Drive technical and business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Many years of experience leading engineering teams that design and build distributed systems • Experience hiring and mentoring high-caliber, data-focused engineers • High-energy self-starter with a passion for data • Strong business acumen • Exceptional communication skills • Familiarity with machine learning and/or A/B testing a plus • Experience working in a growth-related domain is a plus
