📋 Description

• Architect and operate high-throughput backend services managing core ad decisioning logic • Design and build real-time decisioning infrastructure that serves machine learning models • Design APIs and data models enabling seamless interoperability across the Ads Platform • Partner closely with ML, Data Science, and Experimentation teams for model integration • Drive operational excellence improving system reliability and deployment automation • Develop diagnostics, logging, and telemetry frameworks for system visibility • Stay updated with ad-tech and ML-serving innovations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience • 4+ years of experience in the Ads domain • Experience building and operating highly-available distributed systems and backend services at large scale • Experience building ad servers, SSPs, or DSPs • Experience building components for pacing, ranking, scoring, and podding • Strong understanding of advertising concepts: publisher policies, frequency caps, and targeting • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective work with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
