📋 Description

• Invest in understanding how Netflix engineering will evolve in the future and develop an iterative roadmap with product leaders to meet those needs • Smartly invest in the delivery platform architecture to enable rapid delivery while balancing technical debt payoff • Cultivate relationships with our engineering partners to understand their needs and ensure alignment with the product roadmap • Hold a high bar in hiring and retention • Inspire the team toward timely execution and delivery • Ensure high and consistent velocity of output even in the face of ambiguity • Deeply understand the software delivery domain and how engineers ship code at Netflix • Promote a productivity-centric engineering culture that cares about making fellow engineers more effective

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product sense • Experience in leading engineering productivity teams, with Delivery domain experience strongly preferred • Technical understanding of front end and backend systems • Deep empathy and connection for other engineering teams and their business goals • Track record of building and leading exceptional software engineering teams • Ability to balance competing priorities across multiple cross-functional partners and programs • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Desire and ability to foster an inclusive environment
