📋 Description

• Design and prototype engaging game UI using industry-standard tools like Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma • Utilize technical skills to implement UI features directly in-engine • Advocate for execution quality and mentor team designers on UX/UI craft excellence • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide development of key features, ensuring a cohesive player experience • Collaborate with leadership to establish experiential vision, goals, and quality metrics • Enhance cohesion and clarity in outward-facing materials to convey creative vision effectively • Partner with Creative and Art leads to produce mockups, prototypes, or videos • Act as a bridge between members, Consumer Insights, and core dev teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressively complex, related experience in UX/UI design • Deep understanding of game design theory and practices, especially as it relates to UX/UI • Experienced in designing for mobile and touch devices—bonus for second-screen experiences • Capable and well-versed in basic scripting and/or C# to implement UX directly in-engine • Thrives as a member of a cross-functional multidisciplinary team • Communicates with authenticity, intention, and curiosity • Gets excited by learning new skills, flexing beyond role’s core responsibilities • Plays broadly across multiple games of varied genres
