📋 Description

• Seek strong build engineers with expertise in B&R best practices at scale • Maintain reliability of ML applications by diagnosing issues proactively • Build monorepo environment supporting CI/CD and developer tooling for ML engineers • Help make foundational technology decisions for large-scale repository management • Define best practices influencing daily work of hundreds of engineers • Anticipate scaling opportunities as repository grows • Onboarding repositories harmonizing toolchains with standard offers • Expand B&R support to new languages including Python • Support migrations and version upgrades company-wide • Measure build performance and developer velocity metrics

🎯 Requirements

• At least four years of experience managing build, CI/CD, and release tooling • Proficiency in managing large projects in Gradle • Experience with cross-language build tools like Bazel or Pants • Experience developing build and release operations for large repositories • Extensive experience with Java and/or Python B&R methodologies • Passion for evolving B&R best practices based on performance and developer velocity metrics
