📋 Description

• Responsibility for planning, coordinating and executing projects in the area of digitalization and e‑commerce • Monitoring all relevant KPIs and initiating appropriate measures at an early stage • Actively performing risk and change request management • Structuring backlogs and prioritizing requirements • Leading the interdisciplinary project team and supporting less experienced project managers • Acting as the central point of contact for clients on all project-related questions • Translating customer requirements into user stories • Providing proactive advice when additional support is required

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Proxy PO in agile software projects • At least 2 years of experience in project management for e‑commerce or transactional systems • Proficient in project management methods and associated tools such as JIRA and Confluence • Experience with Scrum/Kanban and agile software development • Ability to capture, question, clearly structure business requirements and translate them into technical tasks • Good technical understanding of software development and IT architectures • Business-fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
