• Serve as the single point of accountability for all project management activities • Apply and implement metric-focused delivery model for workstream and contract performance reporting • Collaborate with leadership to assemble and assimilate a new delivery team and ensure operational and cultural integration • Rapidly evaluate OCM needs to set vision and strategy and formulate actionable plans • Create environmental infrastructure (SOPs, tools, team dynamics, collaboration requirements) that evolves with discovery • Ensure alignment with client’s implementation schedule and provide oversight for OCM workstreams • Submit status reports summarizing completed efforts, deliverables, and anticipated work • Develop OCM strategy and provide leadership and oversight to ensure strategically-aligned execution • Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan including internal and external stakeholders • Coalesce and synchronize stakeholder management with modernization activities and inter-dependent technical workstreams • Define overarching change management strategy and align team to an adopter-oriented, data-driven OCM approach • Oversee definition and tracking of KPIs to measure program success • Lead pressure-testing of strategy, pivoting direction for improved effectiveness and accelerated adoption • Provide and implement a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tool to manage change ensuring compliance with government data protection standards • Collaborate with multiple departments to update content on client’s internal digital platforms • Guide workstream to establish agile processes for tailoring and application maintenance • Prioritize and sequence activities in alignment with OCM needs and remove roadblocks for implementation team
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years in leading large-scale, complex transformational or modernization initiatives • Diverse organizational change and stakeholder management experience • Excellent leadership and team/people management skills, ability to motivate and inspire others • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise modernizations, collaborating with technical and specialized experts • Experience working directly with C-suite executives on strategy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with complex technical implementations and ability to lead through ambiguity and challenging situations • Microsoft Office Suite expertise (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) • U.S. Citizen • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certifications; Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification); extensive knowledge of project management software and tools; Previous Federal Consulting Experience
