• NETZSCH Pumps USA is looking for someone to DRIVE THE BUSINESS in the Biogas Market • Responsible for profitable and sustainable growth of sales, after sales and service for all relevant NETZSCH Pumps USA products for the defined market(s) • Develop sales propositions for any relevant product with customer pay back in mind and monetize NETZSCH’s features and benefits for them • Present NETZSCH solutions to Industry influencers and specifying Engineering firms (EPCs) • Research market conditions, trends, and specific customers/applications to determine potential sales and new product/product modification opportunities • Develop and maintain Key Accounts and business contacts within the industry
• Successful candidates must have solid negotiation skills • Candidates will also have: • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business and/or technical background is highly preferred) • Existing Market, Product and Application knowledge is highly preferred • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills are a must • Ability to read, write and comprehend market and industry reports and technical studies • Must have the ability to explain complex concepts and processes in simple and clear language • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects and action plans on time • Must be able to develop C-Level Market Strategies including specific action plans to reach the established sales and profitability goals in the assigned market • Must have and maintain a valid passport and driver’s license • Must have the ability to work from a home office when not traveling
