📋 Description

• Systematically investigate how people across Neumo actually work • Document findings and identify processes ripe for AI automation • Shadow employees, conduct structured interviews, and observe workflows firsthand • Document end-to-end processes and classify automation opportunities • Quantify the value of each automation opportunity and prioritize effectively • Track adoption and impact after automation deployment • Identify patterns across departments for reusable solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a role focused on business process analysis, operations improvement, or workflow optimization • Experience working across multiple departments or business units, not just within a single silo • Experience in a company going through a merger, integration, or large-scale operational transformation • Experience with process mining, value stream mapping, or similar structured discovery methods • Experience managing or contributing to an internal automation request intake process
