📋 Description

• Support 3 teams and strengthen team dynamics, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness • Bring a positive, steady, and confident presence to challenging situations • Coach teams through conflict, resistance, and change while providing clear, direct, and respectful feedback • Actively improve how teams work together and ensure delivery continues to move forward • Actively leverage tools and AI to evolve how the role is performed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role • Proven experience improving team dynamics, especially in low-accountability or high-friction environments • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and ways of working • Experience supporting multiple teams or complex team environments • Demonstrated ability and curiosity in using AI to enhance thinking, coaching, or team effectiveness • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
