📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using dbt and SQL to support dashboards and reports. • Collaborate with analysts to understand their data needs and translate them into robust and scalable data solutions. • Build and maintain internal tools and dashboards to facilitate efficient data management. • Contribute to the development and improvement of our data infrastructure ensuring data quality, reliability, and security. • Work closely with data engineering to integrate new data sources into the core data infrastructure. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in data engineering and analytics. • As a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively participate in our hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• A few years of experience in a data engineering or analytics role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining data pipelines and tools. • Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. • Strong proficiency dbt core and/or cloud for data transformation and modeling. • Strong proficiency in data modeling, such as star schemas and medallion architectures • Familiarity with Snowflake or other data warehousing solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. • Passion for data and a strong interest in contributing to the prosperity of the company • Previous experience with consulting a strong plus • Motivation to master new data tools and BI tools (quick learner skill)
