📋 Description

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism. • Conduct thorough client needs assessments to identify how our services can help. • Convert qualified leads into initial consultations through a consultative, trust-building approach. • Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales conversions and call handling metrics. • Maintain accurate and timely notes in our CRM system. • Work closely with teammates to continuously improve client experience and sales strategy. • Navigate sensitive conversations with cultural awareness, discretion, and compassion. • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (native or near-native fluency) • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in service-based industries • Strong customer service background and phone communication skills • Ability to work some evenings/weekends, depending on client demand • Previous demonstrated success in sales. • Background in high-volume phone-based environments such as call centers or client intake. • Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
