📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. • Build dynamic financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow. • Prepare content for Board reporting and investor reporting packages. • Prepare KPI reporting and ad-hoc analysis. • Lead enhancement efforts around our use of financial systems, tools, and reporting automation (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights). • Support the continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly reporting, perform administrative activities to support and enhance our FP&A system.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a fast paced SaaS environment. • Strong understanding of key financial and accounting concepts, and a track record of providing key insights to business leaders. • Advanced skills in Excel and robust experience using cloud FP&A systems, and an interest in exploring how to use AI to generate efficiencies. • Well-versed in financial modeling and budget management, with the ability to identify key variance drivers and create forecasting models to predict the future with accuracy. • Approach analysis with curiosity and structured thinking — connecting dots, questioning assumptions, contextualizing business impacts, and proactively identifying trends or risks before they surface. • Highly motivated, a team player, extremely detail-oriented, enjoy performing analysis and generating insights, and have a growth mindset.
