📋 Description

• Responsible for managing the company's projects, ensuring cadence, communication, quality, financial health, and accuracy in achieving the objectives defined for each internal and client project. • Ensure compliance with project contracts. • Conduct project planning meetings and client kickoffs to formalize project initiation and ensure overall alignment. • Manage project deliverables, aligning expectations and responsibilities with the team to ensure adherence to the current project plan. • Define and direct corrective actions to address unforeseen deviations during the project. • Manage the goals and objectives of your area by defining and monitoring specific KPIs to achieve expected results. • Encourage and build rapport with direct reports, fostering the team's ongoing professional development. • Meet area goals and objectives through monitoring of specific indicators.

🎯 Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Project Management. • Degree in Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the role, preferably in Technology or Healthcare. • Availability to travel.
