📋 Description

• Lead NexGen’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. • Develop long-term financial models to support strategic decisions and resource allocation. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team regarding financial health, risks, and opportunities. • Build scalable financial processes and infrastructure to support rapid growth. • Secure additional funding for NexGen Technologies as needed through equity, debt, grants, or strategic partnerships. • Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closes. • Maintain GAAP compliant financial statements, internal controls, and audit readiness. • Direct the payroll function, ensuring compliant, accurate, and timely processing. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry financial regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, worked in SaaS or technology companies. • Demonstrated experience securing capital (equity and/or debt) and managing investor relationships. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. • Experience overseeing payroll, accounts payable, and billing operations. • Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presence. • Hands-on operator who can scale processes while maintaining strategic visibility.
