📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, OMP platform, technical architecture, and value proposition. • Lead the complete lifecycle of projects from design to delivery for various markets, particularly focusing on the markets across geographies. • Conduct workshops with functional and business owners to understand market requirements and effectively map these requirements into the OMP platform, creating clear solution proposals. • Lead and mentor a team of consultants to configure the OMP solution to solve complex planning problems, ensuring rigorous performance monitoring processes are in place. • Plan, develop, and deliver training for Super Users and End Users globally. • Deliver hands-on demonstrations of the OMP Supply Planning Modules, including DRP, MPS, DPS, and MRP, in various markets. • Lead teams distributed across different locations and time zones. • Guide teams through the full lifecycle of OMP Advanced Planning Solution implementation, including business requirement gathering, solution design and build, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with the OMP platform and a deep understanding of its technical architecture and value proposition. • Proven experience in leading the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery, especially in a multinational context. • Strong skills in understanding and mapping business requirements into clear solution proposals. • Experience leading and mentoring teams of consultants. • Ability to plan, develop, and deliver effective training for a global user base. • Hands-on experience delivering demonstrations of OMP Supply Planning Modules. • Proven ability to lead teams distributed across various locations and time zones. • Strong project management skills with a focus on rigorous performance monitoring. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
