📋 Description

• Link business processes to IT solutions, automating where possible to empower planners to make sound business decisions. • Provide leaders with comprehensive KPI overviews across the entire value chain. • Advise international clients on supply chain transformation projects, acting as a bridge between business, IT, and management. • Optimize supply chain planning processes, design governance structures, manage algorithms and parameters, and set up KPI frameworks and control towers. • Lead the full lifecycle of advanced supply chain planning solution implementations, including business requirement gathering, solution design, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization. • Conduct workshops with functional and business owners to understand market requirements and develop clear solution proposals. • Manage and mentor teams of consultants, ensuring rigorous performance monitoring and successful project delivery. • Develop and deliver training programs for Super Users and End Users globally. • Deliver hands-on demonstrations of supply planning modules, including DRP, MPS, DPS, and MRP, in various markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain planning, ERP systems, and advanced supply chain planning solutions. • Strong skills in business process design and governance. • Proficiency in SAP products. • Experience in statistical optimization and operational supply chain & logistics management. • Certified Demand Driven Planner Professional. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to lead teams across different locations and time zones. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
