📋 Description
• You will be responsible for preparing and coordinating persuasive bids for public tenders and procurement processes • You will work closely with other teams to ensure each bid reflects our strengths, strategic direction, and full compliance with all regulatory requirements • You will manage the entire tender cycle across multiple markets (with a particular focus on Poland) • Review and analyze tender documentation, define requirements, and coordinate inputs from other teams • Produce compelling, clear, and compliant proposal content that reflects our corporate objectives • Ensure all submissions are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are formally correct • Continuously maintain and expand our library of references, templates, and proposal materials • Use AI tools to optimize the creation, formatting, compliance checking, and overall efficiency of our proposals • Support the post-award phase through clarifications, presentations, and contract negotiations • Monitor upcoming tenders and market trends in micromobility
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communication, or a related field • 2–4 years of experience in public procurement, proposal management, or tender writing • Very strong knowledge of Polish and English (minimum C1) — German or additional European languages are a plus • Excellent writing, organizational, and project management skills • Experience in micromobility, shared mobility, or smart city projects is a major advantage • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines • Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
