📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct deep-dives on customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, product engagement, and operational performance • Transform business questions into data hypotheses, conduct multi-stage analysis, and present validated insights • Own the development and optimization of automated dashboards and reports using SQL and Tableau (or similar tools) • Deliver clear data storytelling to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders • Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data architecture, streamline data pipelines, and influence schema design • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and validation, constantly monitoring quality and improving processes • Support broader BI initiatives, such as metadata alignment, event stream analytics, and A/B test support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or BI roles within Igaming Industry • Familiarity with casino/sportsbook KPIs • Advanced SQL expertise and strong understanding of relational databases, especially cloud-based systems • Proven ability to develop interactive dashboards and performance reports (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) • Experience in data validation, cleaning, and insight delivery • Strong understanding of data visualization and business storytelling • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and thrive in fast-paced environments using Agile/Kanban methods • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Awareness of data privacy and security best practices
