• Lead the end-to-end operating model for Corporate Communications, ensuring disciplined intake, scoping, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery across all workstreams. • Build data-driven frameworks to optimize throughput, quality, and cycle time for integrated campaigns, communications, and enterprise initiatives. • Establish repeatable processes and playbooks that support consistent execution across the Marketing, Strategic Communications, Creative, and Events teams. • Anticipate operational bottlenecks and drive proactive problem-solving to ensure work moves fast, efficiently, and with strategic alignment. • Serve as the primary operational bridge between Corporate Communications and internal customers across U.S. Operations, Business Development, Human Resources, and other functional groups. • Align communications strategy and program execution with enterprise priorities, business needs, and audience insights. • Act as the EVP’s senior advisor on operational and organizational effectiveness, enabling faster decisions, and reducing friction across the function. • Prepare decision-support materials, strategic briefs, and communication frameworks to help streamline leadership approvals and accelerate execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field. • Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing and communications roles of increasing responsibility. • Progressive leadership experience with at least three (3) years managing people. • Expert project management skills. • Experience with enterprise workflow tools (i.e., Asana). • Proficiency with modern analytics and reporting tools. • Ability to set strategy and tactical action plans while adapting as needed.
