📋 Description
• Provide essential support services to the HR Office • Handle and process personnel actions efficiently • Assist with the entry and review of SF-52 and SF-50 actions in HR systems • Generate, review, and reconcile HR reports related to staffing, payroll, and performance management • Maintain electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPFs) and HR shared drives • Track incoming/outgoing HR actions and schedule meetings • Respond to employee and supervisor inquiries related to administrative HR matters • Ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned HR actions
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years of experience • Proven capabilities and communication skills to interact successfully with Government staff • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical tasks within deadlines • Outstanding writing skills and excellent oral communication skills • Knowledge of high-level HR services • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
