📋 Description

• Develop SQL and PL/SQL extraction programs for employee data • Analyze legacy system configurations and create data mapping documents • Build Application Designer and Application Engine processes for data extraction • Develop EBS concurrent programs for HR data extraction • Create SQR reports and validation queries • Design data profiling analyses on legacy databases • Maintain legacy database environments • Collaborate with agency legacy system administrators • Develop reconciliation procedures to ensure data integrity • Document extraction procedures and issues • Support agency go-live events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Administration, or related field • 5+ years of experience in database development, data extraction, or database administration for enterprise HR systems • 3+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS and/or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM • Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills • Experience with data mapping between legacy HR system schemas and target system data formats • Knowledge of HR data domains • Experience with data validation, data profiling, and data quality assessment methodologies • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe development methodologies • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
