📋 Description

• Support engineering life cycle management engineering and planning for assigned Military Sealift Command (MSC) ships • Provide ship availability Program Management (PM) and technical support to Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessels • Contractor shall work with the Availability Management Team (AMT) to accomplish the specific tasks for assigned work items • Assist in observing, and verification, and reporting on engineering requirements associated with the maintenance, repair, and modification of the vessel • Provide all observations, reports, and recommendations to the Principal Port Engineer (PPE) • Provide technical services for engineering development and documentation • Technical services shall include engineering support in areas of naval architecture, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and marine engineering • Work packages and studies will be conducted to support vessels and upcoming availabilities and will provide replacement and repair solutions and upgrades or improvements • Assist Availability Management Team (AMT), Life Cycle Management Division Director, Engineering Type Desk, and PPE in Shipboard Automated Maintenance Management and Port Engineer Information System (SAMM/PENG) Program
