📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end service support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online • Participate in service delivery initiatives needed to improve the availability, security and performance of the managed services • Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams • Assist in managing business relationships across internal teams, vendors, and 3rd party providers as needed to deliver managed services • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services • Monitor the operation of managed services • Communicate with the customer to keeping them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to attain DHS EOD • BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience, Master's degree + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years’ experience • 5+ of relevant experience in Architecture and designing solutions in Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 • Must have strong hands-on experience working on Exchange Online • Implement M365 DLP, Purview, Compliance, and Conditional Access • Understanding of Message Retention and Data Compliance Requirements • A full understanding of the Microsoft 365 and Collaboration technology stack • Proficiency in all technical aspects of M365 implementation and Entra ID services is a prerequisite for the successful candidate. • Hands on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of core M365 services, including (but not limited to): • Exchange Online – including mailbox migration, EOP, and Exchange Administration • SharePoint Online – including policy enforcement, data protection, governance
